What are your business hours?

Our standard business hours are 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, seven days a week. However, we offer flexible pickup and drop-off times to accommodate your schedule. For after-hours emergencies, we have 24/7 monitoring and can be reached through our emergency contact system.

Do you offer pickup and drop-off services?

Yes! We offer VIP door-to-door transportation service throughout Austin. Our luxury climate-controlled vehicles and professional drivers ensure your Honeybear travels in comfort and style. This service is available for an additional fee and can be scheduled during your booking process.

Can I visit my dog during their stay?

While we understand you miss your furry family member, we generally don't allow visits during stays as they can disrupt your dog's routine and cause unnecessary stress. Do you have size restrictions for dogs?

We typically don't accept dogs over 35 pounds, but each dog is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Our boutique facility is designed for smaller dogs who can benefit from our intimate, personalized care. If your dog is over 35 pounds but well-behaved and suitable for our environment, please contact us for a consultation. We prioritize temperament and compatibility over strict size limits.

Do you accept all dog breeds?

What if my dog needs medication during their stay?

How far in advance should I book?

Due to our limited capacity (only 3 dogs), we recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially during holidays and peak travel seasons. For last-minute bookings, please call us as we may have availability. We understand that emergencies happen and will do our best to accommodate urgent requests.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled drop-off time will result in a 50% charge of the total booking fee. For holiday bookings, we require 48-hour notice for cancellations. We understand emergencies happen and will work with you on a case-by-case basis.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This deposit is applied toward your total balance and helps us maintain our boutique capacity limits. The remaining balance is due at drop-off. We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payment methods.

What if I need to extend my dog's stay?

We're happy to extend your dog's stay if space is available. Please contact us as soon as possible to check availability and make arrangements.
