How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance, especially for holidays and weekends. However, we can often accommodate last-minute bookings if space is available.
What vaccinations are required?
All dogs must have current Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccinations. We'll need to see vaccination certificates before your dog's stay.
Do you provide pickup and drop-off?
Yes! We offer convenient pickup and drop-off service throughout Austin for an additional $40 fee. This service is perfect for busy pet parents.
Can I see my dog during their stay?
Absolutely! We provide 24/7 live camera access so you can check on your pup anytime. You'll also receive daily photo and video updates.
What if my dog has special needs?
We're experienced with dogs of all ages and needs. Please let us know about any special requirements, medications, or dietary needs when you book.
What's your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will forfeit the 20% deposit.
